What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
SIL, a funding classification under the NDIS, offers financial assistance for in-home assistance aimed at enabling individuals with disabilities to lead as autonomous a life as possible, while also fostering essential life abilities. It is generally tailored for individuals in need of round-the-clock support and can be provided in either a shared living setting or within one's own residence.
