Do you support participants living in Gold Coast apartments?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do here. We confirm lift access, parking and after hours entry at setup, because a support worker locked out of a Surfers Paradise building at 6am is a missed shift. Buildings usually just need a heads up and a process.

How far north and south do you provide in-home support?

From Coomera, Ormeau and Pimpama in the north through to Coolangatta at the border. Because the coast is a long strip, we roster the north and south halves separately, which is what keeps shift start times reliable regardless of the M1.
