How we hire

The bar for joining our team.

  • Mandatory checks before day one: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card (where relevant), reference checks with previous care employers, and right-to-work verification.
  • Clinical staff: current AHPRA registration verified at hire and at every renewal cycle.
  • Internal competency sign-off for high-intensity skills (PEG, suctioning, complex medications) before a worker delivers them to a participant, regardless of what their certificate says.
  • Ongoing training: manual handling, infection control, restrictive-practice awareness and incident management, all refreshed annually.
