How we deliver it
One of the most common complaints about in-home support is inconsistency: different workers every visit, no continuity, having to explain everything again and again. We take a different approach. We match participants with a small, consistent team and work hard to maintain those relationships. Your support workers will know your routine, your preferences and the way you like things done.

NDIS funding
In-home support is funded under Core Supports: Assistance with Daily Life (NDIS Registration Group 0107). It is one of the most flexible support categories in the NDIS, allowing participants to use funding across a wide range of daily living tasks. The NDIS sets price limits for support workers, which vary based on time of day and day of week. Your support coordinator or plan manager can help you understand how to access in-home support funding and which line items apply to your situation.

When my son's needs changed, they adjusted the care plan with us instead of just sending paperwork. That meant a lot.
